CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Full – time and Part-time positions

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
Las Vegas, Nevada | Onsite Position

We are seeking a motivated, customer focused individual to serve as a key point of contact for customers, sellers, and partners. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
  • Assist customers with ticket purchases, order questions, event information, and delivery inquiries.
  • Coordinate ticket fulfillment and delivery to ensure customers receive their tickets accurately and on time.
  • Resolve customer and seller issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sellers, venues, and partner platforms.
  • Develop knowledge of events, venues, seating options, and ticketing products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Support company initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience

  • Self motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Customer service, hospitality, entertainment, retail, ticketing, or call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

 

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

  • Onsite position located in Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Business hours operate between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM, seven days per week.
  • Candidates should be willing and available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime during peak event periods.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are important components of success in this role.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is an onsite, office based position. Employees should be comfortable sitting for extended periods, performing repetitive motions associated with computer use, and occasionally standing, walking, and reaching.
