Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury are going head to head in one of the most anticipated rematches of the decade. The first fight against the two professional boxers took place in December of 2018, ultimately resulting in a split draw. The rematch will once again bring together the undefeated Wilder as he defends his WBC championship title against former WBA (Super) heavyweight champion Fury. According to Bob Arum, CEO of Top Rank boxing promotions, this fight is expected to set records. Arum predicts the match will rank as “one of the richest fights in boxing history.” The boxing match will take place on Feb.22 and will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. A split draw was called, and the match resulted in Wilder keeping his title as the WBC heavyweight champ. In a review of the 12 round match by CompuBox, it was reported that Wilder hit 17% of his attempted punches and two total knockdowns. Fury had 26% and no knockdowns.
