Sarah McLachlan Returns to Las Vegas

After selling out her performances in 2019, Sarah McLachlan is returning to Las Vegas. McLachlan will be returning to the Encore Theater at the Wynn Hotel and Casino for three nights only, February 19-22. She’ll be presenting “Sarah McLachlan: An Intimate Evening of Songs and Storytelling.” 

Fans will be able to feel closer to Sarah more than ever with the intimate state-of-the-art acoustics at the Encore Theater. Sarah will be revealing the stories behind some of her songs including her chart topping hits “Angel,” “Building a Mystery,” “I Will Remember You” and many more. During her performance Sarah will be accompanied by cellist Vanessa Freebairn-Smith. 

The Canadian singer/songwriter was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada on the 28th of January in 1968. She began playing music at an early and began studying at the Maritime Conservatory of Music through The Royal Conservatory of Music program. After singing with the Vancouver based record label, Nettwork, in 1987 she released her first album Touch. Her following following albums allowed her to climb the American, Canadian and International charts. McLachlan has released nine albums, each followed by a tour and countless awards. Besides performing McLachlan is known for her charitable work. Starting with the Sarah McLachlan School of Music which provides free music lessons for at-risk youth in Vancouver. She is also known for her work with ASPCA when her single “Angel” was used in their well-known commercial that was released in 2006.
