Billy Gardell is an actor and comedian currently staring in the hit CBS television series Mike & Molly alongside Melissa McCarthy.  Billy started at a young age in comedy, headlining some clubs before he was actually legal at the door.  He took the long road to Hollywood, stopping at every small town, military base, and comedy club along the way...  Anywhere he could find a live audience.  Over the next few years, Billy made several television appearances on ABC, Showtime, A&E, and MTV, bringing him more attention and a greater following to his rising talent.  While many comedians mulled over dictionaries and encyclopedias to make themselves seem clever and educated, Billy held true to his middle-class, blue-collar background.

Gardell continues to make weekly appearances on hometown local radio station, WDVE, appearing on the Jim and Randy Morning Show.  His first comedy album, Billy Gardell: Throwback, was released in 2006.  Billy recently recorded his own one-hour comedy special, that will air sometime in February 2011 on Comedy Central.
