Tournament of Kings

Tournament of Kings is a Las Vegas dinner show that takes place twice every night at Excalibur Hotel Las Vegas. Those Vegas Yankees who wish to spend a little time in King Arthur's court can do so at the Tournament of Kings, a medieval-themed performance that combines arena-style entertainment with a feast fit for, well, a king. As patrons sit down to enjoy a dinner of "dragon's blood" (tomato soup) and Cornish game hen, the show begins as seven kings and one evil knight are announced. The kings feast with Arthur at the Round Table, after which a series of games (horse racing, jousting and sword-fighting) begin.

The fun ends when evil fire wizard Mordred tries to capture Arthur's kingdom. Each battle is more spectacular than the next and includes smoke, fire and pyrotechnics. Although the contestants rely on brute strength and agility, audience members are encouraged to cheer for the king who represents the section where they're sitting.
