Origin of the show 
The ShowStoppers show was stirred by the birthday party of Wynn’s wife. Steve Wynn organized the Showstoppers Las Vegas show to dedicate it to his wife. During the show, some of the top Broadway stars like Hugh Jackman and Rachel York gave out their top musical performances. They were backed by an orchestra and a vibrant crew of dancers. The experience from that Birthday party ignited a new passion in Steve to offer a new show to his theater, The Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas.

What is featured on the show?
To start with, the show takes about 75 to 80 minutes, and there are several performances featured. The show is held from Monday through Thursday from 7:30 p.m. On Friday it kicks off at 6:45 p.m., and at 9:15 p.m. on Saturday. The show is also open to anyone interested, but there is a restriction for kids below the age of five. Relatively, it is open to everyone. There are some top songs like Cabaret’s Cabaret, Chicago’s All That Jazz, Gypsy’s Everything’s Coming Up Roses, among other top performances. There is also a choreographer, who has won the Emmy Awards thrice, Marguerite Derricks. Also, there is Suzy Benzinger, who is the costume designer that leads the entire team in costume designing for the Blue Jasmine. David Loeb, a musical director that has won the Emmys, is also one of the award-winning crew.
