Rock In Rio Tickets

Said to be the greatest music and entertainment festival in the world, Rock in Rio is coming to Las Vegas May 8-9 and May 15-16 2015. For nearly 30 years this festival has been a platform for all genres to come together for entertainment, artistic vision, and celebration, all in the form of mega concerts with the biggest and the best musical talent has to offer.

Plans are to build a "City of Rock" 33-acre open-air venue between Circus Circus resort and Sahara Avenue. Organizers expect more than 300,000 people at the Las Vegas event.

Born in Brazil with outposts in Lisbon, Portugal and Madrid, Spain, Rock in Rio has provided a stage for extraordinary moments that to this day remain vivid in the collective memory of millions of people. 

2015 will be the first time in history this massive mega musical event will be held on US ground and what better choice than Las Vegas for this monumental decision to hold the biggest party in the world in the city which is a synonym for party in every corner of the world!

Rock in Rio is more than just a festival it is a platform for communication that uses music to connect people and experiences to further the vision of a better world.  This is shown in the good works that the powers that be have done with the money being made from this event every year.  For example, in 2011 there were music classrooms installed in 10 different Brazilian public schools with 2,200 music instruments donated to 150 Brailian NGOs, 40 juveniles were trained as Luthier assistants.  In 2010 380 solar panels were installed in 18 Portuguese schools. In 2008, Rock in Rio Solar School: 400 solar panels were installed in 20 Portuguese schools, this project won the Energy Global Award for 2009. Also in 2008, 300 buses were made available for pulic transportation. This is not your everyday concert.  These people are on a mission to change the world through music and it seems to be working.

There have been 1000s of artists over the years to perform at Rock in Rio to name a few from recent years, Justin Timberlake to Metallica, Beyonce and Bruce Springsteen.  This concert event reaches across time and genre to connect all of us with our love of music and what they believe it can do to make this world a better place.  Be part of this movement come out and see for yourself and experience first-hand how music can change the way we see a situation.
