The Las Vegas Show BITE is being presented in the Theater Showroom of the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino. This notable resort is located on the Strip, and features the city's tallest structure. Reaching to a height of 1,149 feet, it is also the fifth tallest structure, as well as the tallest free-standing observational tower in the United States. The hotel is a separate, 24-story building which features 2,427 guest rooms and an 80K square-foot gambling space.

This prominent resort opened in April of 1996, and was renovated during 2001. Its attractions include the Top of the World revolving restaurant, two observational decks, and four high-elevation rides. At 1,081 feet, the Big Shot is the world's tallest thrill ride. This gravity-drop ride ascends to the tower's top, then drops in a free fall which generates 4 Gs. The second highest, Insanity, dangles its riders over the tower's edge, and then spins them. The bungee-jumping ride, SkyJump Las Vegas, plummets riders 855 feet on a high-speed descent wire. The X-Scream is a roller-coaster-type ride which carries riders in an open-top car past the edge of the building, where it abruptly stops.

Tim Molyneux is the writer, producer, creator, and director of BITE. Based upon vampire lore, it features contortionists, rock music, martial arts, singing, dancing, magic, and human flying. Since it incorporates topless dancers, the show is restricted to guests who are at least 18 years of age.

The production includes no dialogue. Rather, the story is shared through more than 40 classic rock and roll songs, as well as dance and action. Its plot involves Lord Vampire's quest to seduce his love interest, and convince her to become his Queen of the Night throughout eternity. He is accompanied by his band of nimble, passionate and sultry Erotic Rock Angels.
