Eddie Vedder was born and given the name Edward Louis Severson the third. He was born on December the twenty third of nineteen sixty four. He is an American and is also a singer of many different songs and he even wrote some of them himself.

Most people might know him well from being the lead singer of the group Pearl Jam. But, some people may not connect him to also being one of the three lead guitarist of the same group. Hard to sing and play guitar at the same time for some people. But, he manages through a lot of practice.

He released his very first solo album in the year two thousand and seven. Since this time he has released many other albums and they have been quite popular among people of all ages. Many people have considered him an icon of alternative rock for many years.

Eddie's mother and father were and are Karen Lee Vedder and Edward Louis Severson, Jr in Chicago, Illinois. However, when he was just a young baby, his parents divorced. His mother did remarry an attorney named Peter Mueller and he was raised to believe that Peter was in fact his biological father.

When he was just twelve years old his mother gave his a guitar for his Birthday. Little did she know that her son would some day make something of himself that had to do with that same guitar. Music was his thing when he felt all alone and felt he had nobody else in the world.

Eddie Vedder eventually found out about his biological father. Unfortunately, when he finally found out the truth his father had died of multiple Sclerosis. However, he still went on to make something of himself and earn plenty of awards through his life. He has made many great songs which are adored by thousands around the world.
