Run Away with Cirque Du Soleil
March 24th Saturday, presents the “Run Away with Cirque Du Soleil”, hosted by Cirque du Soleil and Springs Preserve. It is 
the 11th annual 5K run and one-mile Fun Walk day event. Race day registration will begin at 7am, activities start at 7:30am, and the 5K run and one-mile Fun Walk will begin at 8:30am. Mayor Carolyn Goodman will be there to sound the gunshot start and Nevada Public Radio’s President and general manager Flo Rogers will emcee the event. All proceeds will go to supports the educational and environmental-sustainability programs at the Springs Preserve. The event puts an emphasis on the importance of freshwater and management of freshwater sources. All in all, it is a great way to get some exercise support the Springs Preserve and have a great time with Cirque du Soleil.
