Live Nation and the Mandalay Bay Events Center in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada is excited to present to excited fans the South Korean boy band known as Big Bang this October 2.  The group consists of members G-Dragon, T.O.P., Taeyang, Daesing, Seungri who debuted as primarily as hip hop band.  Big Bang gained widespread commercial success with their breakthrough hit song “Lies”.  “Lies” stayed at number 1 on major Korean music charts for a record-breaking seven consecutive weeks.  “Lies” also won Song of the Year award at the 2007 Mnet Korean Music Festival.  Furthering their success was the string of hit releases that followed hits like “Last Farewell” and “Haru Haru”.  Expanding their territory winning three awards at the 9^th MTV Awards Japan and with their Japanese promotions, the group’s members branched out into solo opportunities.  During this two year hiatus, Taeyang and G-Dragon released best-selling solo albums, G-Dragon and T.O.P formed a sub-unit, Seungri and Daesung both acted in musicals and hosted in variety shows, T.O.P earned another star in films, such as I am Sam, Iris, Nineteen, 71: Into the Fire among others.   You can get all your Big Bang World Tour 2015 tickets here for all of their upcoming North America show dates.  The band reunited in 2011 with the album “Tonight” going on to win the Best Worldwide Act at the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards and three months later they released their most successful album to date “Alive”.  “Alive” was their first International hit charting on the Billboard 200 and in support of that album the band set out on their first ever world tour.  Known in their home country as the “Nation’s Boy Band” G-Dragon has earned the groups respect and praise from the industry.  Currently Big Band holds the record for being the all-time best selling artist in Cyworld which is a South Korean social network service operated by SK Communications and is a Sims-like experience.  The live performance of Big Bang is fun filled high energy dancing to fun music and fun lyrics the guys work the entire stage with the guys utilizing audience interaction to make the whole experience a great memory for all of their hard earned fans.
